Request a room away from the bar area to ensure a quieter sleep, and make sure to ask for a coffee pot with cups.

We had a fabulous time in our Beautiful Suite, especially loving the elegant decor and the relaxing soaking tub. The hotel also offered a lovely jacuzzi and live music in the bar. The only small hiccup was the bathroom lacking some counter space, but it didn't take away from our overall enjoyment 😊

The location was excellent, check in and out service was fast and efficient. The staff were very nice and even gave us a packed breakfast as we were checking out at 3.45am.
The Royal Suite we were upgraded to from a Junior Suite was disappointing, there was no warmth to it, although very large it was on two levels and not very comfortable. The breakfast selection was poor and for a five star hotel there should be a least a toaster to do your own toast. The staff did do it for us on two days the second day we waited ages and two slices were still white. The room was very dark and both the bedside lamps had dangerous cracks in the glass shades, also one did not work, but was fixed when mentioned. The room was very hot and stuffy, the air condition did not give out very cool air.

It was just a suitable option for a little getaway in Prague with good value for cost. The staff were excellent, especially Jan at reception. Make sure to explore local dining options instead of relying on room service.

Very conveniently situated, very helpful staff took us to a restaurant we could not find one evening.
Very hot central heating, loud music around 18.30 in courtyard just when you are having a pre-dinner sleep!

The hotel was perfectly located along a passage into the main square. The area felt safe, quaint and upscale. I enjoyed the outdoor leisure space with tables and chairs. The breakfast was enjoyable. The hotel was also very accommodating for our 2 small children. We were in a junior suite and the children had their own pull out sofa bed, which the house keeping gladly came to assemble. Also, for the first time ever, we utilized a hotel babysitting service and were very pleased with the person they provided. Lastly, the restaurant across from the hotel was one of our best dining experiences on our 5-day trip!
The hotel rooms had a somewhat dated feel as they were styled in a medieval theme, rather than luxury. This is not bad or distracting...just something worth noting. The hotel lobby, outside space, etc, were all very attractive and comfortable.
